Amish Country Hook-In 2013

One of my favorite times of the year.....the Amish Country Hook-In!!! This is my second year going and I hope to never miss another one. I think there are 125 ladies who attend this one (and a few hubbies who help load the car and attend with their wives who are vending!).

We had a new location this year that was brigher and bigger than last year. And the food was great! Cheesecake for dessert! Oh my!

It was great to see my blogging friends. I feel so lucky to be near so many great hookers. Rhonda from My Glory Stars, Katie from Kidl' de Divey Woolens, Lauren from Rugs and Pugs, Julie from Plumrun Creek, Deb of Fly N Needle, Alice from A Day in the Life....I know I'm forgetting someone's all of the ladies that I see at local hook-ins and the Western Reserve Rug Hookers Guild. So much fun!

Here we go......

The following pictures are from the gallery of rugs. I took a picture of the tag showing who designed and who hooked, so that picture is below each rug picture.

And last but not least.....Kimberlee, my hooking bestie, and me!

Next time I will share with you the pictures I took of Betsy from Heavens to Betsy while she was demonstrating some great tips for adding fun edges to your rugs. See ya!

Oh my! So pretty! Wish I knew all of you when I lived nearby in Ontario, near Mansfield. Would have been so fun to see all these type goodies in person! Thanks for sharing!
