I had just gotten started punching this pumpkin when my threader broke. I don't know where to find one locally. The craft stores only seem to carry Clover brand which isn't long enough. Bummer. Has anyone made their own threader? I was looking forward to an evening of punching. *sigh*

I have not made one yet myself, but I bet you could do it if you have some beading wire. It may not be as perfectly shaped, but I bet it would work! If you have an address labe, use that for your end. The writing on the address label helps it to be visible for finding the threaders easily If you can't get it figured out, let me know and I can order a set for you. I may be placing an order this coming week!

In fact, I have often wanted to do this myself, so I did a quick search! Thanks Wymseytopia blog for the great directions in making a threader!
I've never been able to master punching. I get frustrated and quit.
Hope you got it all figured out and were able to punch. Something I would truly love to learn. I have the tool and some patterns ~ just don't know where to start!
Enjoy
